Grace never gave up on me when I wanted to give up on myself

"Two years ago, I took a long look at myself and said enough is enough. Overweight and highly medicated, I joined LA Fitness. Then God sent me Grace and my journey began with her. If it was not for her determination to make me healthy, I would not be the woman I am today. It was a struggle, week after week, month after month. Grace never gave up on me when I wanted to give up on myself. Through exercise and modifying the food I ate, I began to lose weight. The pounds came off to a total of 82lbs as of today. No more cholesterol or blood pressure medications. I can walk without tiring and can even tie my own shoes. I thank God for Grace every day I am alive. She has made me a better and much happier woman."
